Grandest opening for Enthiran

With a week left for the film’s opening, the booking plans opened up last evening across Tamil Nadu. Just as expected, the tickets for the first week (approximately 125 per day in Chennai alone) were sold out within an hour. The distributors and theatre exhibitors are sure-footed of spinning profits by the first week itself.

In Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, the Telugu and Kannada releases have been postponed from last week of September to second week of October due to the grand release of “Enthiran’. It’s worth mentioning that Rajnikanth’s films in Telugu and Hindi have been successful. It is worthy recollecting a Superstar’s Telugu film crossed 150 days in theatres of Andhra Pradesh though it was a cameo role, in which he appeared for just couple of scenes.

Hansraj Saxena, COO of Sun Pictures, has mentioned that the film has more star values, which have raised everyone’s expectations. With Superstar Rajnikanth himself happening to the biggest brand, the film has Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, academy award winner A.R. Rahman, director Shankar (all his films have at least crossed 150 days in theatres), academy award winner Resul Pookutty, Hollywood’s top-charting technicians have worked on special effects.

படத்தின் நாயகியான ஐஸ்வர்யா ராய், ரஜினியின் காலில் விழுந்து ஆசி பெற்று மும்பை திரும்பினார்.

சூப்பர் ஸ்டார் ரஜினி நடிப்பில், ஷங்கர் இயக்கத்தில், சன் பிக்சர்ஸ் தயாரிப்பில் இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளாக நடந்த எந்திரன் படப்பிடிப்பு முடிந்துள்ளது. மூன்று தினங்களுக்கு முன் இதன் இறுதிகட்ட படப்பிடிப்பு பெருங்குடியில் நடந்தது. ரஜினி, ஐஸ்வர்யாராய் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பாடல் காட்சி அங்கு படமானது.

படப்பிடிப்பு முடிந்ததும் எல்லோரது முகத்திலும் பிரிந்து செல்லும் வாட்டம் தெரிந்தது. படக்குழுவினர், ஒருவருக்கொருவர் கட்டிப்பிடித்தும், கைகுலுக்கியும் பிரியா விடை பெற்றனர்.

அப்போது ஐஸ்வர்யாராய் யாரும் எதிர்பாராத வகையில் ரஜினி காலில் விழுந்து வணங்கினார். தன்னை வாழ்த்தி ஆசி வழங்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொண்டார்.

ஐஸ்வர்யாராய் செயல் ரஜினிக்கு அதிர்ச்சியை ஏற்படுத்தியது. ‘இதெல்லாம் எதுக்கும்மா?’ என்றவர், பின்னர் சுதாரித்துக் கொண்டு ஐஸ்வர்யா ராயை ஆசீர்வதித்தார். ‘நீயும் எனக்கு மருமகள் போலத்தான்’ என்று சொல்லி வாழ்த்தினார்.

ஐஸ்வர்யா ராய் பணிவைப் பார்த்து படப்பிடிப்பு குழுவினர் வியந்தனர். படக்குழுவினர் பலரும் ரஜினியின் காலில் விழுந்து ஆசி பெற ஆரம்பிக்க, அவர்களைத் தடுத்த ரஜினி, “யாரும் யார் காலிலும் விழுவது தேவையில்லாதது. என் ஆசீர்வாதம் அனைவருக்கும் உண்டு” என்றார்.

எந்திரன் அடுத்த மாதம் (ஆகஸ்டு) இறுதியில் ரிலீசாகும் என்று நிருபர்களிடம் நேற்று தெரிவித்தது நினைவிருக்கலாம்.

Rajini

There have been reports that director Shankar had included a few political dialogues in Enthiran.

When questioned about this, he said that it was true indeed. Shankar clarifies that he included the dialogues only after discussing it with the Superstar. According to the director, when he disclosed about the dialogues to Rajini, he merely smiled and did not object to it.

However, the Superstar made one request, which is not to target any particular politician or political party, he added. Shankar opines that Rajini must enter politics as he has a huge fan base that can be converted to a political force to bring in the necessary change in the society. He felt that this force and power should not go waste.

Enthiran is gearing up for release in a couple of months and post production work is progressing steadfastly. It has been well-publicized that Rajinikanth will play a scientist as well as a robot that he creates in Endhiran.

The latest we hear on Enthiran is that the scientist Rajini will portray all the mannerism and style that his fans associate him with. Therefore, all Rajini fans can be assured that their Superstar will not disappoint them by deviating from his style.

On the other hand, the robot Rajini will be completely different devoid of any usual Rajini style.

Enthiran is directed by Shankar and produced by Sun Pictures. The film has Aishwarya Rai sharing the screen space with Rajini for the first time.

Superstar Rajinikanth is the big daddy of punch dialogues as far as Tamil cinema is concerned. It would be no exaggeration if we say many young heroes are now traveling on the road laid by the top actor years ago.

And his forthcoming ‘Enthiran’ too has in store many punch dialogues. If reports are to be believed, some of them are loaded with political meanings, thereby conveying a message to the public and politicians.

‘Vazhkkai Koduppavan Vakkaalan, Vaaikkarisi Poduravan Vetpaalan’,

‘Arthasasthram Unga Vazhi, Dharmasasthram En Vazhi’,

‘Arasiyalil Endrumey Naan Nirayuthapani’, were some of the punches mouthed by the Superstar for ‘Enthiran’.

At the same time, it is also said none of the above dialogues would look odd and they would fit well to the script. “Director Shankar and his team are carefully carving ‘Enthiran’ so that the film would creation sensation, not controversy,” sources say.

பின்னர் கேக் வெட்டிய ரஜினி, இயக்குநர் ஷங்கர், ஸ்டன்ட் மாஸ்டர் பீட்டர் ஹெய்ன், ஒளிப்பதிவாளர் ரத்னவேலு உள்ளிட்டோருக்கு ஊட்டினார். அனைவருக்கும் எந்திரன் கேக் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

ரஜினி கேக் வெட்டும் தகவல் கிடைத்ததும் ஏராளமானோர் அங்கு திரண்டுவிட்டனர். ரஜினியை மொபைலில் படமெடுக்கவும், அவருக்கு வாழ்த்துக் கூறவும் முண்டியடித்தனர்.

A high end model of Benz car which costs Rs. 1 crore has been purchased to shoot that love sequence. Rajini,  to look younger and to match up to Aishwarya rai is reported to have undergone various facial treatments.

Everyone is eager to know about Aish’s experiences of acting with Rajini. Talking to a private TV channel, the former world beauty was all praises for Rajini.

“It was great working with Rajinikanth, who is a brilliant actor. The only tough thing about the movie was studying Tamil again in order to pronounce the words properly”, she said.

“Rajini is a family friend. We all have a great deal of respect for him. His simplicity when shooting for ‘Endhiran’ has me in awe. It is difficult to find a modest person like Rajini in this ostentatious film world. He does not put on the airs of a super star and moves freely with everyone. He seems an amazing man to me,” gushed Aishwarya Rai.

She also said that she accepted to act in the film because she liked the story.

Director Shankar’s mega budget movie Enthiran with super star Rajini and Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan shooting is progressing at full speed to finish the movie by the end of this year.

But Director Sankar cant find a suitable Villain for his Enthiran. There where rumours earlier that JD Chakravarthy is likely to do the role, but the latest news around Kollywood is that Sikkim actor Danny Denzongpa will play the villain role for the movie Enthiran.

Hindi Actor Danny Dengzongpa is playing a villain role In Enthiran Movie.Starting his career as a singer, Danny Dengzongpa later went on to become a successful character artist and a famous villain of Bollywood and even acted as hero in a couple of movies.

With his great acting skills and charismatic personality, Danny is one of the most successful and prominent actors of Bollywood and a well-recognized actor in Hollywood too; Danny has acted alongside Brad Pitt in Seven Years in Tibet.

Danny Denzongpa has acted in numerous Hindi films such as Ashoka and 16 December. He has also starred in some international projects, the most famous being Seven Years in Tibet where he acted alongside Hollywood actor Brad Pitt. In 2003, Denzongpa was awarded the Padma Shree, India’s fourth highest civilian honour. Denzongpa is noted for his roles as a villain.

Speaking Sunday at the audio release of “Eeram”, produced by Shankar’s ‘S’ Pictures and directed by newcomer Arivazagan, Rajnikanth said: “Shankar is an example of hard work, coupled with smartness and efficiency.”

Rajnikanth, after the success of “Sivaji – The Boss”, has teamed up with Shankar for “Endhiran”, which also stars Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai.

“Eighty-five percent shooting of ‘Endhiran’ is complete. Working with Shankar in ‘Sivaji – The Boss’ as well as ‘Endhiran’ was a delight. I have discovered a close friend in him,” said the actor.
